Biographical Info

Laura Lack, AGNP, is a lifelong resident of Chautauqua County where she lives with her family. She is a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 2000. She received her Master’s Degree at Daemen University in Amherst, NY in 2022. She also studied at Daemen College, SUNY Fredonia and Jamestown Community College for her undergrad studies in Nursing and Psychology. She formerly practiced as an acute care inpatient/emergency RN for 14 years prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner in adult health.
