Biographical Info

Jennifer Reason, DO, is a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Western Ontario in Canada and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2004. In 2008, she completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Eastern Virginia Medical School, in Norfolk, Virginia. She has worked in a variety of practice settings, both as a general OBGYN and as an Obstetric Hospitalist.

Dr. Reason has lifelong and affectionate ties to Western New York. A dual Canadian/American citizen, she grew up skiing with her family in Ellicottville, New York. She was a middle school teacher in Canada for six years prior to attending medical school and completed her teacher certification at St. Bonaventure University. She also spent a summer working at the Athenaeum Hotel in the Chautauqua Institute while she was a college student.

Dr. Reason strives to provide modern, evidence-based, and holistic OB-GYN services to women from adolescence to the postmenopausal period in Jamestown and Dunkirk.
