June Employee of the Month

The TCC Retention Committee awarded Autumn Solada, Dunkirk LPN, Employee of the Month for June 2022. The award is given based on a nomination and review process by and for TCC employees. Here are some of the things the TCC family had to say about Autumn:

“Always does what she’s asked, always helps when she can, and is a team player!” 

“She fights for all her patients and doesn’t give up until the task is done.”

May Employee of the Month

The TCC Retention Committee awarded Mickey McAvoy (pictured middle), Jamestown LPN, Employee of the Month for May 2022. The award is given based on a nomination and review process by and for TCC employees. Here are some of the things the TCC family had to say about Mickey:

“Mickey gives 110% percent, comes in early and stays late.”

“She’s very patient with our patients, who need tests and services in a timely manner.”

April Employee of the Month

The TCC Retention Committee awarded Stephanie Truax, Third-party Specialist, Employee of the Month for April 2022. The award is given based on a nomination and review process by and for TCC employees. Here are some of the things the TCC family had to say about Stephanie:

“Stephanie does prior authorizations in a thorough and efficient manner. She provides a crucial and much appreciated service for the patients and providers.” 

“I send all my prior authorizations for meds to Stephanie, and she is able to handle them efficiently and quickly and she is always successful in obtaining them. This is an enormously important, difficult, and time-consuming process and I can’t imagine being able to wade through it without Stephanie’s help. I greatly appreciate her skills.”

March Employee of the Month

The TCC Retention Committee awarded Jaime Smith, Waterfront Pharmacy courier, Employee of the Month for March 2022. The award is given based on a nomination and review process by and for TCC employees. Here are some of the things the TCC family had to say about Jaime:

February Employee of the Month

The TCC Retention Committee awarded Jodi Dickerson, Medical Assistant, Employee of the Month for February 2022. The award is given based on a nomination and review process by and for TCC employees. Here are some of the things the TCC family had to say about Jodi:

“Jodi is ALWAYS willing to help with rooming patients and drawing labs, even when she is not assigned to that particular provider. Many times she volunteers without being asked.” – Dr. Brown. “…Jodi is a great role model for her peers in Primary Care…”

“Jodi epitomizes the definition of a team player. She helps train other staff with a welcoming and positive attitude, and she always (ALWAYS!) puts patient care and patients’ needs first. She provides exemplary customer service both on the phone and in person. She is kind to everyone, and our patients just rave about her!…” Dr. Kidder, Medical Director.

January Employee of the Month
